CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal across the chest points.

WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, typically the small of your back where your body bends side to side, keeping the tape horizontal.

HIP: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.

CENTER BACK SLEEVE: Measure straight from the center back of your neck to your shoulder point, and from the shoulder point to your wrist with your arm in a relaxed position.

INSEAM: Measure from the top of your inner thigh to the bottom of your ankle, while standing with your legs straight.
