DC Pink holds excellent print definition on all mesh counts, making it an ideal choice for prints that contain high detail. This emulsion offers a 12-month shelf-life without the addition of diazo, and a 1-month shelf-life once the diazo is mixed into the emulsion.

Emulsion Best Practices

Screen Prep: - We recommend using Ecotex Hyper Haze, which will degrease your screen and provide a clean surface for the emulsion to stick to. - Eliminate any UV light from entering the room and work under a yellow light. - Write down the day you opened the emulsion on the bottle to better keep track of your chemicals.

Coating Screen / Drying: - Use the sharp edge of your scoop coater. - Make sure the screen is completely dry before coating the emulsion. - Make sure the screen is completely dry before printing.

Drying: - 86°F to 104°F (30°C to 40°C) - 30% to 50% humidity - Good air circulation

Exposure Times: - 120 seconds with an 80W LED light, with the light source 2-3 inches away from the screen and under the screen and artwork. - 12-13 minutes with a 500W halogen light, with the light 14-15 inches away from the screen and suspended above the screen.
