WR Blue is an ultra-durable screen printing emulsion designed to withstand large quantity print runs. Crafted with a 12-month shelf life without diazo and a 1-month shelf life once the diazo is mixed in, this emulsion delivers excellent print definition on any mesh, making it ideal for high-detail prints such as halftones. Formulated to be highly water-resistant, WR Blue can withstand screen printing with both regular and discharge water-based inks, as well as plastisol, UV, or solvent-based inks.

For optimal results, we recommend using Ecotex Hyper Haze to degrease your screen and provide a clean surface for the emulsion to adhere to. Work under a yellow light to eliminate any UV exposure, and record the day you opened the emulsion on the bottle for better chemical management.

When coating the screen, use the sharp edge of your scoop coater, and ensure the screen is completely dry before and after coating. Dry the screen at 86°F to 104°F (30°C to 40°C) with 30% to 50% humidity and good air circulation.

Exposure times may vary, so start with the recommended times of 100-105 seconds with an LED light or 12-13 minutes with a 500w halogen light, and adjust as needed.
