To use Ecotex Emulsion Remover, the user should first card away all excess ink from the screen and return it to the container. For water-based inks, any dried-up, unusable ink should be properly disposed of. Next, the user should apply the emulsion remover to both sides of a wet screen using a sponge, pad, spray bottle, or pneumatic pump system, and leave it on for 15-30 seconds. Caution should be taken not to leave the product on the screen for longer than recommended, as the emulsion can lock permanently. Finally, the user should thoroughly rinse the screen with high-pressure water, starting from the bottom, to remove all emulsion and residue.
